How to overide the anti theft system on a 1998 grand Marquis

I believe there is a fuse that you can pull for this~ if I had your wiring diagram in front of me could tell you....but you could look on the cover of the fusebox would tell you which fuse to pluck~

Go to the dealer if it's factory installed. You'll find it difficult to get an answer when it comes to safety and/or security questions. "How do I steal a car?" - "Can I just drive with no brakes?"

looks like the PATS module for security...once plucked you will lose your clock memory~
