Code cylinder 2,6 and 7 misfires

I was driving check engine light came on throwing
codes for cylinder 2, 6, and 7 is misfires. I have
switched around the coils to see if the misfires
followed no change still comes up the same codes
after clearing. Check spark plugs those are okay
checked coils those are okay check the injectors
those are okay. I did change the fuel pump and fuel
filter. However these codes stick. It starts fine and
when you put it in gear suddenly it starts shuttering
as if it's missing. Go down the road and when the
RPMs get to the point change it starts shuttering
and then you have to put gas to it to make it even
out it happens around 35 40 45 50 and 55 60. This
is driving me nuts I don't know what it is. Every
mechanic that I talk to has a different idea and it's
going to cost at least a thousand just for them to
diagnose with this is going on does anyone have
any ideas of what this is please thank you. Also it
had been sitting for nine years and a garage it has
only 54,000 miles. Oil has been changed regularly
and was nursed this happened right about after
driving six thousand miles on it thank you.
