i have a 97 grand marquis and i have smoke coming out of my vent on my car and my window is fog up and my defoster dont work what the problem

All classic signs your heater core has a leak, which is located in the firewall on the passenger side of the car. Time to replace. It's a big job requiring removal of the dashboard.
