Car won't run, busts off sometimes. Some sort of fuel issue.

My car had set up for a couple months. Ran perfect. One day, I decided to
drive it to work. Ran perfect on the way to work. Had an issue with a guy in
the parking lot saying I parked too close to his $70k truck when I had enough
room to open my doors(not saying he did do something to it but I'm not
entirely sure he didn't). I get off work and my car wouldn't start. It'd bust off
here and there and got it to run perfect for about 8 minutes then it acted like
it was starving for fuel and died. I got it towed home. Changed out the fuel
pump and screen, changed out the fuel filter, changed out the relay(just in
case), checked the fuse. I turn the key on a few times to prime it and I'd hit
the valve stem in the test port on the fuel rail and nothing. I take the stem
out, place a vacuum hose on the port and run it to a bucket to drain, turn the
key on a few times and fuel comes gushing out and will continue to drain til I
take the hose off. I immediately put the stem back in and snug it down, try o
prime the system again and nothing. No fuel comes out the port, and the
engine will bust off but won't run at all. I took the injectors out and attempted
to clean them(who knows if I did any good or not, nothing came out). Still the
same thing. I tried running the vacuum line a few times with the same
results: fuel gushes out the line but not the valve with the stem in it. I'm at a
loss y'all. The fuel looks fine, no gel, no trash, no water. Oh, and the inertia
switch isn't tripped. What am I missing here? Is it that even after a couple
months, the fuel is that bad? Even though fuel seems to come out the line
well, it's still not enough pressure(I don't have a pressure tester so I'm just
guessing here)? I can hear the relay and the pump when the key is on(I
know I'm stating the obvious by fuel coming out the line but I'm just making
sure it's known).
