My 1990 Mercury grand Marquis does not have any
power the battery is good fuses are good but it
does not have any power no head lights no tail
lights interior lights nothing please help.

Check the battery cables and terminals, corrosion is the biggest factor in loosing connections, make sure the battery posts and cable ends are shiney clean, none of that black corrosion, then make sure the connections are clean and tight on the other end, I have see a lot of rigs that have had loose grounds that have caused all kinds of electrical problems.

After you've check battery cables and terminals as above, and you're certain the main fuse is good, check the fusible links. They the only other thing that can completely kill power to a car.
