My air bag light blinks 3 times then 3 more times then goes off then sounds 5 times and 5 more times for 5 times. What does that come mean?

I tried something as simple as this on my friend car the other day. unplug you cellphone charger (if any) from your car. Turn you ignition one more time. For some weird reason cellphone chargers eat the juice out of air bags. if does not work, sorry seems like it's time to replace your air bags
