Is it possible to change air ride to coilovers?

Asked by May 27, 2017 at 05:40 PM about the 2005 Lincoln Town Car Signature

Question type: General

I'm sick of fixing the expensive air ride
suspension on my 2005 lincoln town car
signature! I can't afford a coil spring
conversion kit. Also don't know what coils
are comparable from junk yard. My question
is,, can I swap out the shock absorbers to
coil overs if I also disable the bladders? If
yes, what is comparable junk yard coil overs
would work??  Broke in northern california!!

www.arnottindustries.com has what you want. If you air suspension system was fixed correctly it would last for years. Junk yard parts won't work so go to the website I posted and do some research.

you can buy a kit for around $200 at Auto Zone or O'rielleys
