LIFTER TICKING AFTER CHANGING OIL FROM REGULAR TO SYNETHIC

Did you switch to normal synthetic or did you go with the high mileage synthetic? Your rig is 10 years old I don't see any benefit going to a full synthetic this late in the game. If your dead set on using the stuff get some that is the blend high mileage, otherwise just stick with conventional and keep it changed regularly.
