How do I find out if my computer box in my car is gone

I have change everything from the
fuel pump to the shut off switched

but the lincoln does have a issue with them.. first spray some carb cleaner into the throttle body and see if it wants to start.. if so you will know its not the pcm...did you change the fuel filter also?????
