1st problem - Service Engine light comes on and stays on. 2nd problem the Car keeps blowing the fuse 30A #4 Green, and door locks stop to work and the interior lights.

1-I've taken vehicle several times to the shop to get it reset and when I arrive to my destination it comes back on and stays on. I've even disconnected the battery and and after a short drive it comes back on.

So you have a code in the emission system, most parts stores can check it for you, write it down and then repost back here for further diagnosis. Short in the circuit is why the fuse blows, you will have to isolate what side is blowing the fuse, interior lights or the power locks, just a hunch but I am thinking it might be the locks, but there are 4 lock motors to check.
