Does caliper housing moves when apply brake??

I was wondering if the 1998 Lincoln town car caliper (housing) moves when
apply for brake?? know what I mean??

Calipers are usually attached to the hub via a bracket with pins that are meant to 'slide', that is why you lube them, so minimal movement is allowed.
