the car has gas in it but want start change the camshaft sensor car ran then stop and want start again

What led you to change the camshaft sensor? Think "Fire Triangle" Fuel, Heat, Oxygen. Are you getting spark? Is the fuel pump delivering enough fuel pressure (40+ PSI)?, are there codes in the computer? Usually, air isn't a problem unless the cat is plugged or there's a rag in your intake - either will let the car run albeit poorly.
