If the crankshaft position sensor and camshaft positionsensor are workimg properly then there should be spark?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I am getting spark  So I can eliminate the crank  sensor and cam sensors.?   Am I
correct?   I replaced both sensors. I am trying  to get my car running again after a
week of figuring out the issue.  Any advice will be appreciated.

You cannot remove the sensors unless you can go to an old fashioned distributor setup. What engine do you have?

If you have the 4.6 engine you have no choice but to fix what you have. The 4.6 cannot take a distributor.

If you are getting spark you either have a fuel system issue or a cam timing issue. I would next measure the fuel pressure.
