where and how can I fix the light switch to my 1991 lincoln town car

What is wrong with it?

the light keep flashing when on normal settings but then the high beams kick on

Do you have auto dimming?

yes but I have turn it off and they just stay flashing... they be looking like the lights want to go out...

and the the car is an executive series sorry

It sounds like a headlight switch failure to me, not uncommon, there are 2 types of switches, one is with digital dash the other is without. Switches are still available thru most good parts stores.

Yes, the headlight switch is behind the dash panel right where the knob shaft is located.
