Is $13750 a good price for a 2004 Lexus RX330 with 105k ???
Lexus was/is rated as one of the better cars re: build/quality. As well, the LEXUS warranty is usually considered average++. This ten year old car has LOW mileage & averages 10K miles yearly. The selling price appears fair when compared to the 'Net prices of the same vehicle. I would take a guess, based on the mileage, that this car is owned by someone who uses it for light chores-bringing home stuff from Home Depot & the like; taking the kids to school/picking them up; visiting relatives on Sunday afternoons; going on holidays maybe, etc.. Are the "service records" available? What shape are the tires in- usually more expensive automobiles require more expensive tires. (Doesn't that just make sense???? Right? Good grief I THINK NOT!!) Depending on where you live, does it come with 4 snows mounted plus the 4 mounted summers? Any accidents? This 'Base' model orig. cost $35,275 and the buyer got a very nicely equipped SUV at this price. Buying a 'pre-owned' ;-) car has its risks, however, so does buying a NEW car as you just might end up with a lemon! Like, who knows? :-( IF YOU DO YOUR HOMEWORK THOUGH ie:(1) research the model on the 'Net for possible glaring problems/issues with this particular year/ make/model(2)take the car out for a couple of test drives and drive it as you would drive your own car(3)have an independent mechanic go over the main components and, after doing ALL those things, (4) go with your GUT feeling about this car being GOOD or NO GOOD for YOU....doing the proper homework and USING the info gleaned from your research, your CHANCES of doing the RIGHT THING AND MAKING THE RIGHT DECISION, INCREASE-YES THEY DO!!!!! Good luck!! :-) :-) Sample attached of well kept '04 att.
