A guess would be one or more of the sensors electrical plugs leaked water into the connector on one or more of the wheel speed sensors, I would disconnect each one blow them out real good and use just a little WD40 spray and reconnect them and see what happens from there, if that doesn't do the trick then the system will have to be diagnosed to find out if a sensor has went bad due to the water or just its time to fail.

Thank you for responding to my question. But can you send me more info with a picture of where these sensors are, and how to disconnect them. That will be mostly appreciated. Thanks again.

But I did not get any error codes about the VSC when I went to AutoZone to check my engine light. The codes were P0171 and Another code related to F/A ratio being Lean. Does that mean that I have no problem with the VSC system even tho it's yellow light is on?

It most likely means that the tester at Autozone didn't have the capability ti read VSC system or they didn't know how change it in the testers menu. And you have the infamous lexus codes P0171 and most likely P0174, So clean the MAF with MAF cleaner, check the thorttle body and clean it it needed, [ut in a bottle of Techron in the fuel tank and drive it as you normally do if the system resets itself the check engine light will turn off on it's own in about 20 cold starts, possibly sooner or you could just go by Autozone and have them clear the codes then see if the check engine light turns back on. If it does then you will have to opt for live data scanning to locate the problem. That will have to be done at a shop of your choice as well as the VSC tests.

Thank you.

Guess what.... My VSC and Enginr light went back on. This time I think I have to clean the A/F sensor (MAF) as you said and see if that will do the trick. But I don't know where it is. Can you send me a pictorial of its location. Thanks.
