so my son received from an uncle a 2001 lexus rx with 150,000 it has been sitting for 3 years , when it was parked it was running with no issues, what are the steps to getting it running

Change all the fluids including the fuel. Get it inspected by your local garage, to check all the hoses, brakes, etc.. How are the tires? probably need replacing too...https://www.youtube.com/watch? v=9PUTfxrPIfA
