I have a 97 Lexus LS400 with 181k miles and it's started leaking antifreeze up toward the front of the engine just behindustry the fan. Could it be the water pump?

It sure can or possibly one of the hoses, you can perform a pressure test to verify, or warm up the car, then park it and get under the car/hood to see where it is leaking.
