Where are the transmition solinoid or relays that I
can test so I can get this car moving again.

Most transmissions you have to drop the pan to access them. Here is an example on a '92 SC400....http://www.clublexus.com/forums/performance-and-maintenance/546472-diy-sc400-a340e-shift-solenoid-replacement.html
