One of your brake calipers might be dirty or failing and grabbing more than the other. You'll have to remove, clean, lube and install. It also might be a bad brake hose, uneven tire pressures and or alignment issues. Better yet, drop it off at your local garage and have them get your car working properly. You are driving with an unsafe condition for you and others.
