Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The CAr is not overheating, but after commuite it was boiling over and the heater is not generating heat. Replaced radiator cap.. yet still no heat through heater. Not sure if it will over boil yet?

I suspect a blown headgasket and the combustion gasses are accumulating in the heater core forcing the coolant out of the core itself thus causing an air pocket and you boiling condition. A block check test will tell the tale.
