I have lexus 2003 model ES 300. My battrey went flat and i had to try jump starting the
car, but the guy assisting me mistakenly placed the negative cord on the positive in his
own car and a spark came. what do i do to get the started please.

Vehicles are protect from accidents like this with a fuse. You have to find the fuse and replace, I suspect it is blown.
