what is the reason for my 96 lexus vibrating very bad when im driving it? Ive changed plus/wires and put gas treatment in it. I did notice oil or something on passener side when I got tires rotated.

Just while driving or while the vehicle is idling as well?

Either the drive shaft needs to be balanced or maybe the U joint needs to be replaced. Or both

You may have a wheel seal leak, you need to check your bearings and seals.
