Question type: Maintenance & Repair

What would be the cheapest but still reliable
motor swap for a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Laredo with a 4.7L? Or should I just replace
with another 4.7. Motor is blown

The cheapest would be the same motor that you have now. Anything else will be costly and troublesome.

The only upgrade you could do is use the 4.7 HO engine. But your stuck with the 4.7 configuration.
