Sounds like the whell sensor is not working and or is dirty or your front bearings are no good

Thanks for the info. I will go by advance auto and see if they can read code. We just moved to a state that has state inspections so guess once I get it inspected I'll know for sure what is wrong.

I like to thank everyone that commented. It helped me to start with the easiest thing to check then move on if it wasnt that. I checked the fuse under hood and the brake light fuse was bad so changed it and now I have brake lights again and no more service elec brake system light on. Thank you once again and hope this will help others that look for it.

My Jeep GC 2005 just came on the the "service electric brake system and 4 WW drive " with the traction indicator on as well. Did you find out if this was a fuse?? I just had new brakes a month ago at the dealership done.

Try checking the brake fluid level and the brake light switch ( under the brake pedal ) These are the easiest and cheapest to check/ replace. Also a WiFi odb2 code reader that works with most smartphones is available for under $50 . I love mine lets me read and clear codes on the spot. Well worth the money!

I have the same problem, service electric system and traction light on. System light does not come on. Is there still codes to read?

Synopsis seems to be similar concerns, “having brakes worked on.” Go back to your mechanic and have them check all wheel sensors and ABS plug in wires on front wheels, for dirt and/or shorting. Clean, tighten and cover any bare wire. Ensure no chafing on wires.
