i have a 2005 Laredo, and my rear passenger side lights went out, they use to flicker, now its nothing at al? anbody know if its a burned circuit board?

is there a trailer hitch?? cause if there is then it will runn threw your tail lights and shady installs will do this over time,, chances are its a wireing issue or bad fuses if not a bad trailer hitch hook up
