some people are saying the vehicle has to be running to do it... you should be able to enter the radio code the same way you would program the 6-10 buttons on channel presets? some are also saying that you have to have the vehicle running for an extended period of time in order to enter the code. One other option is to remove the radio, remove the watch battery (if it has one) then try again the way I described earlier... I've worked in an independent auto repair shop for 18 years and have to reprogram radios daily - not sure why that wouldn't be working on your vehicle - why are you having to reset the code? did you disconnect the battery for an extended period of time or remove the radio?

ok I will try that, I'm a mechanic, this Jeep was on fire and I then bought another chassis and parts and assembled a second jeep.
