Flashing check engine light.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had my fuel injectors and spark plugs changed
last month due to a check engine light and code
saying that I had a cylinder misfiring. Today the
check engine light came back on, and started
flashing. I feel the jeep shake like it did before the
prior repairs and I smell gas when I'm driving. Is
this something to do with the previous issue, or
something different?

scan for the code and get new plug wires , I isolate them as much as possible so that they are not touching any metal ground or each other

Hope not, they are only a month old. I went by the place that did tge work on it previously, and they are going to redo it all for free. So hopefully that will fix the issue.

I would go somewhere else if you brought it there and it came back with problems , I hear some bad stories here

They aren't the ones that caused the initial problem, but they were supposed to fix it. It just seems like it could be something simple like the plugs not having the right gap, or it could be a faulty injector that got put in. I would rather them try again so they can't say that its the fault of another shop doing the maintanence and refuse to honor the warranty.

I have same problem on idle mode. It gets severe from time to time. When i push for an rpm above 3000 for few min then it feels better
