My Jeep is overheating replace radiator thermostat and water pump

I have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee v8
with a hydraulic fan busted the radiator
I replaced that it was still getting hot so
we replaced the thermostat well guess
what still not staying cool so we
replace the water pump so I still do not
have heat and it can idle for a while but
as soon as I start rubbing up the gas it
will jump up and overheat somebody
told me it could be the power steering
pump since it is connected to the
hydraulic fan what do y'all think I need
help and pretty much all answers and I
don't want to spend any more money
on things if I can help it

Have you tested the fan to make sure its kicking on. I am a female and had to figure it out myself because my mechanics couldn't find an issue. Theres a sensor that plugs into the fan and it can go bad. I ordered one and installed it, it sits behind the battery.
