When going around a turn it feels like the transmission is slipping, then catches it shortly after. I have overdrive on, which is to
save gas basically however I turned it off and it seemed to work a lot better with the fourth gear working. Is it possible there is a
vacuum leak? If so or not, what can I do to avoid this later?
I don't see what a vacuum leak has to do with a slipping transmission. Take it in for transmission service and tell the mechanics about the slipping. It might need clutches or a band adjusted.
Someone else mentioned the vacuum leak, I know nothing in regards to transmission... i fail. But I'll def do that, thanks!
As this is a computer controlled trans I would look at the fluid level first, add if needed and get it serviced, replacing all of the filters and fliuds.
