If you know there is a misfire, and that your battery is new and/or has plenty of juice left, the issue most likely lies in your spark plugs, ignition coils, and/or ignition coil harnesses. I would take out your ignition coils and inspect them for any white or orange "coloring" on the bottom tips where they sit over the spark plugs. This means that coil is bad or completely dead, and needs to be replaced. Next, while you have the coil off, check the spark plus and see if there are any with an excessive amount of black or orange debris over it - those are also fried and need to be replaced!

In these cases, the best bet is to go to your local AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts and request a free OBD2 Scan so they can see exactly what your engine is trying tot tell you. If you have an OBD2 scanner yourself, you can run the scan right from your driveway too!
