How do you know if the throttle position scencer or iginion module or is it out of time?

It would shutter when giving gas ,it would run rough till warmed up then got worse now it
won't start at all now .

Have a scan done to check for sensor condition or component failure. When was the last time the fuel filter was changed? Clean out throttle body.
