Fuel pump and fuel sending unit are both part of the same assembly, and you have two indicators they are failing, so take it to a mechanic, let them confirm the diagnosis, and replace it if needed. If you have basic tools you can do it yourself, but it does involve dropping the tank.

Thank for the help I went to a mechanic and he told me that it was the fuel pump so I got all the the fuel pump system replaced and it did the same thing but know the steering gets relly tough and the brakes do too then it stalls right after that any idea of what else it could be?

If an engine stalls it can leave you without power steering or power brakes, BUT if you lose these BEFORE the engine dies/loses RPMs, check the condition of the serpentine belt and all of your pulleys. I can't tell from your description alone, so it may be just a case of losing power steering/brakes due to engine stalling or not. You should have proper fuel pressure if a mechanic changed the fuel pump and verified it's all working, but you seem to be having some other engine-related problem that will still need to be diagnosed.
