wiring problem

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

new headlight switch, fuses are good and so are relays. I have all three brake lights and blinkers. but no tail lights no parking lights, no license plate light and minimal interior lights sometimes. can anybody help?

1 Answer

If the fuse is good, make sure the wiring on the switch itself is hooked up correctly. If you're not scared of wiring you can run a live lead off another fuse position or right from the positive side of the battery into the running lights slot and see if they come on, that would indicate a faulty or badly wired switch. If that all checks out, you probably have a broken wire somewhere... good luck finding it!

I find the drives seat uncomfortable and would like to replace it with an electric seat. There is loose wiring under the seat but I am not sure if it is for an electric seat or for heated seats.
