could be quite a few different problems, could be anything from a clogged fuel line to a bad oxygen sensor. would have to look at it in person to find out exactly.

Your fuel pump has a filter and you have a inline filter after that. A o2 sensor will not stall a motor. Hence you can unplug it and it will run. Probly your cps sensor or your aic valve. But if its aic valve it will idle high 95% of the time.

mine did the same thing as his and as soon as i changed the o2 sensor it quit stalling out

a narrow band (OEM style) o2 sensor will not cause the engine to stall it produces a voltage between 100-900 mv 100 mv being a lean signal 900 mv being rich even if the sensor was inoperative/unplugged / fubared the PCM would see 500mv when an o2 sensor goes bad 75% of the time it is because it is "lazy" meaning it doesnt read rich or lean as fast as it should the computer can catch this and set a code. SO STOP BLAMING O2 SENSORS GUYS what you need to do is get a bottle of propane (small blue one not a 20 lb-er) and grab a vacuum hose turn on the gas and start the engine (this is called Fuel Enrichment) if the engine stops stalling then you know it is an issue with fuel and not ignition. if it continues to stall look at the ignition side if you have access to a scan tool and someone who actually knows how to use it I would love to know what the fuel trims are doing

This is kinda funny but might help. I have a Dodge Durango 5.7L V8 2005 model year. I too am facing the similar issue with my truck. After much analsis & trying to figure out various options (change engine oil; fuel pump & filter; clean fuel tank), my last solution was to look at my truck keys, if your keys are on a bunch that is quite heavy this might be causing the ignation to switch to turn to click the off contact point thus causing the truck to stall. I have hence, removed all other keys from the truck key chain & so far, so good. This is just a shot in the dark option. Not sure if this was the cause, but as of now it seems to have helped. Something that's so easy to miss, yet might be the solution. You might wanna give it a shot.
