1999 jeep grand cherokee no heat but blows out cold air
if it blows cold out both sides, odds are heater core is clogged or vehc. is low on coolant. Do BOTH heater hoses get hot? If so. the blend doors are prob broke, usually its just one of them. causing heat on one side, cold on the other. Try reaching up into the dash area behind glovebox but just a little closer to center of dash, touch the center area of the motor, there is a round part that you can feel move when you move the temp knob. If it spins all the way around....door is broke. If you cant figure it out. The dealer can watch the amount the motors are moving w/DRB scanner. there are two motors for blend air doors. one is between the a/c case and firewall. The other is one you can touch. Hope this helps......
