1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0,,,4x4......My emergency brake is sticking,I am sure its sticking because it will not move in DRIVE or REVERSE without a decent accelleration and also my brake light and abs lights come on about 5 minutes after starting it up.This all stems from a tow truck driver in the winter, wrapping a tow strap around my rear passenger axle to winch me out of the ditch!!I noticed some lines (brake lines or whatever) also strapped to my rear passenger axle..Is it possible that one or all of those lines got pinched or something during the process??Any suggestions or clues what to do are extremely appreciated!!!Thank you in advance!!

Usually the brake is set with cables, they are under the car, and must have gotten bent, or they rusted shut. ABS and brake light is not good either. ABS is a wheel sensor most probably and a brake light is usually low fluid in the reservoir, so you must have a leak. See if you can get your Jeep to a local brake and muffler shop for repair, they are usually open on Sunday's.
