Cranks but won't start I've replaced spark plugs coil fuel filter both
bottom sensor's  top sensor's throttle positionsensor still wwon't
start

Do you have any codes from the onboard diagnostic system? If not that would be the next thing to try, then possibly it will give you and idea on what is causing it not to run. The most common on Jeeps seems to be the cam and crank sensors, you stated that you replaced some sensors but didn't state what ones they were.

Lock the doors then unlock them with the key. Its a anti theft thing. It fixed my dads jeep
