Headlight have moisture in side

How would I go about getting water out of the headlight assembly without purchasing a new assembly? I have a 98 Grand Cherokee Laredo

only way you can mabey get it out is to remove and drill a few SMALL holes in bottom of it,being it is a sealed seald assembly,Sometimes we do this at the shop,sometimes it works sometimes not,worth a try.
