I was driving my Audi a6t on the highway and it lost power. Thought it might be the turbos going. I stopped and restarted the car and it blows white smoke. What do you think it is?
white smoke is either coolant or oil. Did the car overheat or is it low on coolant. Burning coolant will have a sweet smell to it as well. If it is oil you probably did have a turbo failure.
There is a vent valve on the engine that when its damaged it burns oil. It also gives codes sometimes because of this. The valve is located near the intake it looks like a disc.
