What should my 1996 GMC k3500 454 run at temp wise.

my truck used to run at 150 now all of a sudden it runs at 110 and it takes
forever to heat up. when I open the hood its not even warm. it has antifreeze
and has a fresh oil change.

I think the thermostat is stuck open. I would install a 190 t stat as a 150 degree t stat is probably making the truck run rich.
