I have put in regular fuel in my 2004 audi a4(requires premuim), is that a problém.i have noticed consumption is now high
in 2 occasions my friend has fueled my car with regular fuel. IT requires premuim. I have
noticed high consumption. Is this mixture a problém to my car. Please help as i have no
clue on what to do. Thank you.
Just ad a bottle of "octane 104" that should take care of the problem.
Hi TennisShoes, thank you. Can i be able to switch to premuim when the tank gets empty. Any consequences? drive, engine.... i appreciate
After you add the 104 you don't have to run it all the down, just fill it as you normally would, the treated fuel will mix nicely.
thx a mill
As long as you had premium still in the tank you should not see much of a change engine wise, but keep in mind if the car is run on straight regular gas it will gum up your system with carbon deposts so do a tune up once your back on straight premium, shouldn't need to do more then clean the maf, thortal body heat sensor, and clean the plugs.
