Car not starting or turning over just a loud
humming sound..

Might be a bad starter solenoid. Find the starter, the little lump on the side of it is the solenoid. Give it a couple raps with a rubber mallet. Or a wrench. A voltage drop test will let you know if the starter is good/bad.
