02 Gmc sierra won't start

I turn the key, and I can hear the starter engage, the motor will "bump" and make maybe a 1/4 turn over or less, then all dash lights go out and nothing.
Battery, starter, or something else?

check to see if battery terminals are clean and tight or a bad ground seen many with corrosion on terminals
