Could be a bad IAC (Idle Air Control) valve on the throttle body. Or the throttle body may be dirty. HTH. -Jim

I agree with Jim. Check your iac.

Ok guys I have a 2000 GMC Sierra z71 . It has a small vibration in the cab of the truck when idling. Only does it after the engine is ran and got warm. If u have drove like 10 miles or so at around 65 mph and stop at a red light it will idle fine rpm around 900-1000 it will idle fine for a few seconds then it will vibrate a tad not much Rpms still at 900- 1000 Truck runs fine like a brand new one but I was jw if this is normal. Truck has standar exhaust
