How do I get access to the rods and cables?

I need to know how to get access to the rods and cables?

there is a panel that comes off. you will have to hop in the bed to take it off. hopefully it will come off with the tailgate closed. It most likely has torx head bolts that hold it in. if you have some kind of bed liner you will need to remove that to see them.
