My 98 GMC and won't start

I just replace the steering column on my 98
GMC because the ignition was drilled out
and now the truck won't start and the
security light is flashing and I done tried to
reset it once until the security light stayed on
and then it still wouldn't start what do I do

You need to be towed to your local GM Dealer for repairs. There's no reset procedures or relearn procedures that will work for your situation. You can't reprogram the security system yourself. Sorry! Jim
