Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I can spray carb cleaner into the intake and it will fire. I have over 60Psi. fuel pressure, I performed injector balance test and all injectors are firing the same with scanner. After injector balance test, truck started and ran till fuel from test was burned off. I have cranking RPM and reference signal. I have no codes. Apparently injectors do not fire while engine is turning. Where should I go from here?

60 psi sounds way too high. Normal fuel pressure is between 25-35 psi
