why wont my truck start?
The truck was running fine the day before we drove it and there was no problem. The
next day it was cold through the night and it is becoming winter. I started the truck the
next day from the day we drove it and i didn't bother to let it to warm up i just put it in
reverse n kind of pushed lots on the gas it sounded funny and it started backfiring and
stalled out ever since then it wont start. the engine sounds like its turning over but it
sounds different sounds like popping or rumbling mixed. but it wont start now. is it
possible someone put something in the tank or is there a different problem? i dont
know please help me thanks.
It's obviously not good...if it's a diesel, maybe the fuel jelled and diesels are only supposed to be started in15° and rising. Oil warmers work great for diesels. If it's gas I would check the oil to see if you blew out the head gasket....try a compression test
You're best bet is find the ghost codes and trouble codes. You can call a parts store and find out how to do it with a 2 inch 12 gauge insulated wire and purchased a full manual.
