Why does my battery lose power when I turn my lights or heater on ??
I would check and clean all battery connections positive and ground. Check ground connections to frame and motor. Check voltage coming from alternator to insure it is putting out somewhere around 14 + volts.
Some power loss is normal. Some dimming of the lights can be seen when other loads are turned on. Check the alternator output as dandy said. --- Do you lose all power or a lower voltage?
Thanks it was the alternator.. it was putting out enough just to pass all other test except the multi meter it caught it..
